Report header instead of Page Header?

Maybe I'm missing something or maybe it's not available in this version (Essentials 4.5.1) but I thought I saw an example report that had a report header (i.e. it only appears at the beginning of the report) instead of a page header (repeated at top of every page).  When I create a new report/print template all I see listed under the Report navigation tree on the right is PageHeader1, Detail1,PageFooter1. 

Should this be an option at v4.5.1?  Is it available in a later version?

  Hi Peter,

   

  To add a report header, right-click on a blank region in the designer and select Insert -> Report Header / Footer.  Then you can manipulate the header and footer that will appear once per report.
