How to query a secure service
We are trying to build an Autocmplet box for searching and the Task URL is on a secure service. We were able to work with a public URL but no luck with the private url. How do we provide authentication information on the auto complete box activity?

Hi Pramod,
The "Query Details" section of the Autocomplete allows you to enter a token. The token can be obtained from a GetMapServiceInfo activity or a GenerateToken activity. Just make sure you use the "Run Time Modifications" section of the Display Form to set the token.

Hi Wayne,
I think I am very close to finish the workflow but I am confused with the use of GetMapServiceInfo. I think I am not getting what should be in Map Service ID, Just the Id like "1" or "3" that is shown under map> edit option . Alos my services has like almost more than 200 layers with many sub grounps. Will that generate any issue for GetMapServiceInfo? I wish I could attach my work flow to you?

Hi Pramod,
If you edit the workflow xaml file in a text editor, it is plain text. If it is not too large you can paste it here.
I don't believe 200 layers will be a problem for the GetMapServiceInfo activity.

Can you add 'Alert' activities after the GetMapServiceInfo activity to see what values are being captured?
If you are using a dynamic map service you may have to do an additional step (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_DETAIL&criteria=BESTANSWERS&id=kA3f2000000k9cGCAQ)

I would recommend submitting a support ticket with your support provider (ESRI Canada?) as a screenshare session will be the best way to troubleshoot this.
