Add ArcGIS Online Hosted Feature Service as datasource

I am trying to create a new datasource in the SaaS reporting and I can't figure out how to use our ArcGIS Online Service.

 

We have a feature service hosted on our ArcGIS Server (accessible via reverse proxy). We also have feature services in ArcGIS Online. How do I add them to reporting as a datasource? It won't accept the item id and it won't accept our ArcGIS Server service. I have tried the item id for the map and feature service.

  Hi,

   

  Are you still having issues creating new Data Sources in the SaaS Reporting designer? I tested with a feature layer from our AGOL organizational account and it worked correctly.

   

  For ArcGIS Server you may need to add any required authorization parameters (Server Tier or Web Tier). See the documentation below.
