Where are print jobs stored?
In the past week I've had a number of users reporting an error when printing. The error is:
"Print error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. There is not enough space on the disk."
We cleared the user's browser cache and reloaded the viewer and that seemed to help but I'd like to know the "why" and how to mitigate this in the future. We have had Essentials for a few years and this is the first time this has come up, so it is puzzling why this has suddenly cropped up.
Thoughts?

Hi Brian,
To answer your direct question, the default location for data from print jobs is "C:\ProgramData\Latitude Geographics\Temp" (on the Essentials server).
I would recommend checking the Essentials REST logs from the time period when this happened. Default location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs\". The SYSTEM log file here will often have additional details when there's an issue involving printing or reporting. My first impression from the message is that there might be limited space left on the Essentials server.0 -
Thanks, Amanda. I'll take a look. I think your first impression regarding space may be correct. I'm getting all of my users shifted over to a new server/viewer due to increasing age/space issues on the existing server. The users with the issue were all still using the old server. 0
