Can the same Collaboration room be used in two different maps?

I recently got Collaboration working, and I was wondering if it is possible to create a Collaboration room in one map and then add it to another.  We have an Emergency Operations map that Inspectors would use in the case of an emergency, and we also have a "Maste Map" that all employess can view.  If possible, I would like to create a Collaboration room that inspectors can edit in the Emergency Operations map, and other employees (specifically ones in the Emergency Operation Center) would be able to view (but not edit) the Inspector's posts in the Master Map.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

  Hi Denise

   

  There is not a method of using the sam  Collboration room across two maps.  However, there is a method of setting permissions so that only some users are able to chat and limit others to viewing.
