Feature Layers do not show up when Printed

Anyone also seeing this?  

 

When running a print template or export image, a layer that has been added as a "feature service" does not render in the exported image or print.

  Hi,

   

  Is this issue still outstanding? Are you adding the layer in the viewer using the toolbar or is the layer actually configured for the site in Essentials Manager?

   

  You can check our demo viewer, the service requests are a valid feature layer and they print just fine (GVH 2.12.2).

  Mike, 

   

  The feature layer has been added in manager for editing purposes and clustering.  The Upload Data feature only sometimes works (as in actually adding the data to the map) from what I have seen.

  Hi Chris,

   

  There will not be a 2,12.2 release, the next major release should be 2.13 but the release numbering will likely be changed and the next release of Essentials and HTML5 viewer will both be called 4.12.  The planned release time-frame is July 2019.
