Email notifications for replies

Hi Community,

 

We've got an issue with our email notifications - there isn't one being sent out when somone replies to a question in the Community.  Notifications for new posts are going out, though.

 

While we investigate and resolve this issue, some changes may occur (for example, you may receive a notification from a different email address, or the body of the email might be formatted differently, or it might just say TEST PLEASE IGNORE).

 

This is also a good excuse for us to evaluate our existing platform and apply some behind-the-scenes updates that are long overdue.  We will do our best to limit service disruption, but please bear with us if it gets worse!  Over the next few weeks you may notice some changes in the layout of the Community as we migrate various things.  It's my goal to keep links working and roll out staged changes to each tab/section individually.
