Need an easier way to build a cutom Sign-In URL

We have many sites, some of which require sign-in via Geocortex Identify while a few others authenticate through our ArcGIS Portal. It would great if the process of generating custom Sign-In URLs for these respective sites was easier than the current process. And due to Bug 29268: "Issuer Seed for Security Identity providers not shown in Manager" Bug 29268: "Issuer Seed for Security Identity providers not shown in Manager" we had to go through the Editor of the Post Installer to even find the Issuer Seed value for Portal.
