  Nancy,

   

  we're lacking a bit of detail here, but something we sometimes forget is adding the layer to a Theme, if you are in fact using Themes?

   

  Also, you could try refreshing the site cache - in GE manager site list, hit Reload site icon (green recycle like icon) on the site you have made changes to...
