Automatically Clear Analytics Logs after certain period of time (variable)

One of the biggest goals I have at my company is "automation".  Get those repetitive tasks automated so I can focus on developing solutions.  Obviously logs are important for troubleshooting and documenting.  But, my Analytics systems generate massive amounts of log data.  One of the most common troubleshooting issues I have is when my logs fill the drive.  I will admit that maybe I need to improve my admin skills; check more frequently or maybe write a script to delete the logs periodically.

So, my suggestion is to see if your developers could incorporate a configurable parameter that allows a user to select the period that logs are automatically deleted, i.e. after every 2 weeks, 30 days, or when drive space reaches something like 80% full.
