Set Feature Attribute - edits not sticking

Greetings!

I created a simple workflow. The user selects multiple parcels, then reports if the trash cart counts have changed or not. The problem: the edits are not sticking. I set an alert after the Set Feature Attribute activity and it appears to have gone through. But when I check the data in the AGO feature service nothing has changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The workflow is attached and the website is below. Thank you! -Laura

  Are you using the Update Features activity? This will post any changes you made back to the server
