NAIP Image Server Query

NAIP did a big update to have all the historical imagery per state in one mosiac data set and enabled advanced queries at the ArcServer Level.

 

Anyone have a good idea for how to query these out at the Geocortex Essentials level so I can use them in workflows and server up say for example year 2012 for OK?

 

Easy peasy in ArcMap....Geocortex mentions in documention that you cannot query against an Image Service so I don't want to rebuild the wheel if the community has a good idea.
