Editing - Copy features from one layer to another

I need to give users the ability to copy a feature from one layer to another when editing.   For the layer I want to copy from, I have checked "Features Copyable to Edit Layer" and "Allow Snapping" .  I do not see a way to copy the features.  What am I missing here?  Thanks!

  Just thinking out aloud really Michael, but I still don't think you can copy from one layer to another when editing - when using the HTML5 viewer. The older silverlight viewer could do this, and this was enabled by ticking the option you mention - but not the HTML5 version - unless I've missed something of late.

   

  We actually wrote a workflow to copy from one layer (a set of pre-defined layers to select from) to another (the edit layer to paste into). The workflow should still be in the code gallery section of this support centre....
