Hello, is there any difference in functionality between web viewer SaaS with portal and web viewer on-premise with portal?

  All of the same functionality is available in both the SaaS and on-prem versions. Because the SaaS is cloud-hosted and not tied to the underlying hosting server, the overall performance in this environment is superior.
