Edit Attributes: Field Domain Value selection

Hi

 

I have a field that has domain values enabled. In this instance there are 300+ domain values available to select from which are lengthy unique string values (ie 100100-999-999). Whilst creating or editing a feature our users have to scroll down this list to select the appropriate domain value.

 

I am wondering if it is possible for the user to be able to search the value they are looking for and that value to auto fill if found. A good example of this sort of function can be seen when using Collector - where the user can search for the value they are looking for and that value auto filling and able to be selected:

  Hi Patrick,

   

  In testing this with a smaller list, I found that I was able to jump to specific values by clicking the dropdown menu and typing the first few digits of the value I was looking for. I believe this is behavior controlled by the browser, and not by the Essentials or the viewer.

  Thanks very much for responding Caleigh. Yes I was aware of that capability, however the string values required to be entered are non-simple 15 character length strings. Which is to complex a task for novice users to enter such a string without autofill ability. Thanks again.
