Changing a REST URL shown in Essentials Manager

Setting up a Site on our server (Citizen Reporter Demo) and after the server security certs were updated, the listed REST URL can no longer reach the correct site. When I click on the link I now get the HTTP 404. Curious to know if this can be remediated at the post installer for IIS or this is another issue. I guess I don't have enough experience to determine if it is a server issue or if it is a Geocortex REST issue.  Anyone have a similar issue in the past or can provide some guidance? 

 

 

This change to the certs on this server has caused the same issue for all the sites.  Thank you
