    Hi Sean,

Your Hub Server can often be determined from the URL for your Analytics Reports. For example, if you access reports at server1.com/AnalyticsReports, server1 is your Hub Server. This doesn't always work though, DNS can mask the server name. If that's the case:
    1. Open Analytics Reports and click Configuration in the top-right corner to access configuration menus.
    2. Expand Servers in the left menu and select the first server.
    3. In the main section, directly under the server name, you will see either "Hub Install", "Agent Install" or "Remote Monitoring". Go through the list until you find "Hub Install". _img_ alt="User-added image" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=907f2000000Cobe&feoid=Body&refid=0EMf20000002vcH" _/_img_

    Thanks,

    Hi Aaron,

We cannot pull up Analytics Reports and getting an HTTP Error 404. This happened after we upgraded our GeoCortex Essentials and HTML 5, both to the latest.

    Sincerely,

    Sean

    Hi Sean,

The first, best thing to try is restarting the Geocortex Core service. A 404 error indicates that the /analyticsReports page can't be found, likely because it's unavailable. That's difficult to assess without further exploration; if restarting the Geocortex Core service doesn't help, you will likely need to contact Geocortex support for troubleshooting (email support@geocortex.com).

    Thanks,
