closest facility workflow

Hello. I am designing a workflow that takes the user's current position and uses that as an incident in a closest facility route task (for testing purposes, the incident is created from a MapPoint capture geometry). The facilities are created from a feature set containing 7 features. I have set up the following parameters:

ClosestFac.Facilities = FacilitiesFS

ClosestFac.Incidents = IncidentsFS

ClosestFac.ReturnRoute = True

ClosestFac.UseHierarchy = False

When the workflow is run, it fails when attempting to complete the Route Task (Unable to complete operation). I had set up alert tasks to let me know the counts of the facilities and incidents parameters and they were 7 and 1, respectively. Are there more parameters that need to be set up for the closest facility analysis?

Any advice or assitance would be helpful or if you need any more inforamtion from me, please let me know.
