    Hi Vinod,

The load time of GVH is partly dependent on the map service data that is being used on your site. Load times for an average-sized site (20 feature layers, 5 base maps) in GVH 2.12.1 are generally around 10 seconds.

If you are running Fiddler or open Chrome DevTools (Network tab) while your site is loading, you'll be able to see which requests are taking a long time to load, and optimize those services.

If you viewer is publicly available, you can send me an email with the link to look further into it.

Also note that these forums are for Geocortex Web, our next generation viewer, while the forums for GVH are here: https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=RECENT&dc=Geocortex_Viewer_for_HMTL5&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS

    Thanks, Stefan

    Good morning Vinod,

Can you clarify if you are asking about the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 (part of Geocortex Essentials 4.x) or the newer Geocortex Web viewer?

If you are using the Geocortex Veiwer for HTML5 but not the latest version, upgrading is highly recommended as in one of the more recent releases we made substantial improvements to load time. This article is also a good place to start in understanding where bottlenecks may occur when you are seeing the abnormal load times that you are: https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&id=kA360000000L142CAC

If you are using Geocortex Web I would love to see a copy of your app.json and layout.xml.

    Cam
