Layer Catalog only shows Layer List

Hey, 

 

Quick Question I have successfully set up our Layer Catalog function on a few sites. Yet two of our Sites the layer catalog tool instead of displaying our layer catalog Seed Site it displays an exact duplicate of our existing Layer List for that site.

 

Here is a screenshot of the layer Catalog matching the Layer List. Our layer Catalog Seed Site is running fine on other viewers we have but we have two functioning like this. Yet when I create a copy of these sites to start to test out the issues, the copies display the layer Catalog seed Site like they should. Has anyone experienced this before?
