    Hi Jamal,

     

    It's hard to say.  Does the Post Installer load up OK and 'Finish' OK?  Also please check the Manager REST logs for any clues - C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\App_Data\Logs\SYSTEM.date.log

    Many thanks Wayne for the answer.

     

    I think that some configuration at the level of IIS has affected the Geocortex and thus failed to start.

     

    We have uninstalled\installed the Geocortex and all worked fine
