Hi Everyone!

 

 

 

Next month, we'll be rolling out some changes to the Geocortex Support Center.  To accommodate some updates to the platform that runs the Support Center, we're refactoring the code that is used in our Discussion Forums.  This will affect the Forum UI for creating new forums posts and what filters are made available to you. 

 

 

 

In addition, we'll no longer have the ability to open a case when entering a new post.  Creating a new case from the "My Cases" tab will continue to work as expected.

 

 

 

We don't think any links will break as a result, as all of the existing pages will stay, and we are ensuring that no posts will get lost during the migration.

  Hi Jamal,

   

   

  Looks like the default notification message and view are still active for the objects that build our forum posts.  I've submitted a ticket to our developers to investigate.
