Workflow with autocomplete form and query work perfectly in the HTML5 viewer but fails in the GWV5 Viewer

I've been back and forth with support on this for days but still getting nowhere. I have a very basic test workflow with an autocomplete in the form which I then query the output on - this works perfectly in the HTML5 viewer but fails in GWV5 Viewer.

At this point it seems both myself and support are stumped. I'm happy to share out the 2 viewers running the identical workflow as well as the G5 workflow itself at this point should anyone care to take a look.

  Thanks to Pailin and the LG group this has been identified as a bug with the GWV - "there are 2 issues around workflow "Auto Complete" & “Set Form Element Items” activities.

  ... Please use BUG 34466 and BUG 34467 for future reference."
