Replacement token overwrite subsequent ones in feature details

We have a grave feature class with a related plot owners table. This table had fields for both owner and co-owner. 

 

 

 

The co owner name in this case should be blank. The OwnerFirstName and OwnerLastName fields are overwriting the subsequent CoOwnerFirstName and CoOwnerLastName fields from the same table. I'm not seeing this behavior in fields from the other related table for burials. I'm thinking this might be bug, has anyone else seen this kind of behavior?
