Add a Switch Viewer out of the box tool

I recently had Amanda create a fairly simple Switch Viewer workflow that I've added to a tool.  It let's you go from one site to another while keeping the same extent.  What this means is that I can break up my all-in-one site into smaller, lighter sites, with smaller, more topic driven services.  To view how it looks, click on the link below, and then on the Switch Viewer tool.

I would change the way the existing workflow that Amanda created, so that it read from a single configuration table, rather than have to edit the tool on each site whenever I add a new one...
