Can't sign out of html viewer

Hi,

 

We're using Windows Integrated security but we can't Sign Out of our viewer. I've checked the similar question about the Silverlight viewer, but the solution mentioned there (turn off Windows Impersonation) doesn't work (it's already turned off).

 

To be completely accurate though, we've deployed our viewer on several environments, and Sign Out works fine on 1 of the 3  environments. As far as we can tell, all Permission and Security settings are identical everywhere. And we're using the same browser to connect to our different environments, so it's not a browser setting either.

  Ok, turns out we hadn't compared properly and Anonymous Access was turned off except on the one where it worked. So now we can sign off, but when signing on again we still don't get a request for credentials and instead just sign on again. So there's an improvement but it's not quite where we need it to be yet... (And of course we notice this 5 minutes after I post the original question...)
