Is it possible to configure the RunWorkflowByUrlAndInputs in the Feature Hyperlink?
We can successfully run workflows using hyperlinks in our Feature Description, but the same syntax does not seem to work in the Feature Hyperlink.
The generated URL resolves correctly in a browser, but the command appears to be ignored at runtime. The network console shows a Status of "Canceled".
Is it possible to configure the "command:RunWorkflowByUrlAndInputs?url=" in the Feature Hyperlink in Manager?

Hi Sean, it's probably a little late for your case but maybe this will help someone else.
I just encountered that network console status of "Canceled" with a hyperlink in a clients home panel. A character which looked like double quotes but was actually something else was in the configured html. I recommend backing up the current feature description and trying just the command. An example of the syntax for that command is:
<a href="command:RunWorkflowByUrlAndInputs?url=https://myportaldomain/home/item.html?id=8bdab7a7bb6e4bad88437dc9cede92bc&activity=update&objectid={OBJECTID}">Update Project</a>
