Legend Swatch symbology - missing

Hello,

 

 

I noticed that on one of my Geocortex sites, the legend swatch symbology is missing for all layers. I checked the Layer List setting to make sure the setting was checked "Include Legend Swatches", and it was. I refreshed the site, cleared browser cache, unchecked "Include Legend Swatches" and save site, then I repeated the steps above, and the checked the setting "Include Legend Swatches", and still same issue. Seems like it started happening after we ungraded to the Viewer version 4.12. But we do have other sites that work just fine. So far I only noticed one site with this issue.

  Hi Nataliya,

   

  I know this is an old question now, but did you ever find a solution?

   

  We've run into the same issue when upgrading from 4.10 to 4.14.

  Hi Lindsay,

   

  I actually ended up creating a new site and rebuilding everything from scratch. I know it might not be ideal depending of complexity of your site. But since I couldn't figure out anything else and my users needed legend I had to go that route.

  Unfortunately, that's not really an option for us... we have lots of complex sites and rebuilding them one-by-one would make the upgrade not worthwhile.

   

  It's a shame that the VertiGIS support seems to have really dropped off for this product these days.
