Location of configuration file for ArcGIS server monitoring

Hi everyone,

 

 

Geocortex Analytics on my server reporting response time error for some map services and I don't want it to monitor them and I want to disable it. But I cannot find it in the list of map services of ArcGIS Server panel in Analytics, I found most of them but a couple of map services are not there!

 

 

I was thinking if I can find config file ( actual file on the server ) which has information about services for each ArcGIS server, I can manually see what is there and I can change it. But I couldn't find it in the analytic installed folder on the server. 

 

 

Just wondering if anyone can help me to find them !?

    Geocortex Analytics stores its configuration information in Geocortex Core. These files are not user-accessible.

     

     

    You should be able to disable collection per-service in your Analytics Reports configuration pane for the ArcGIS Server resource in question. It sounds like you may be missing some services. Can you double-check there to confirm? If you are not seeing something that you'd expect to see, please contact our support team by email (support@geocortex.com) and we can assist further.

    Thanks, Gareth for response and confirming these files are not accessible. Probably what I remember editing before was a long time before (6 years) and it that time it was accessible.

    Ahh yes, you may be thinking of Geocortex Optimizer which did allow manual editing of config files.

    That's right, it was quite good to have that access! Although wasn't easy! :)
