    Hi Mitchell,

    As indicated, that message can appear shortly after an installation. Restarting the machine is the first course of action to take.

    I had already restarted the server at least 2 times.

     

    I had already restarted the Geosortex Core service at lease 2 times.

     

    I even updated the agent on my 3 Essential servers to 1.5 and restarted those servers at least once each.

     

    I did all this yesterday after I upgraded the hub server.

     

    The quick and obvious things to do are actual not helpful.
