How to allow users to delete features from a layer

I've had Geocortex for a long time, but I've never had to allow users to delete features, and now I do.  I use the HTML5 Viewer and can't find a tool to drag-and-drop, like I can with Create Features.

  There may be better answers to follow but at the bottom of the map tip window is a link to edit features if the feature is in a feature service. From that link, the user can scroll to the bottom of the attribute list and there will be a delete button to delete the feature. This assumes, of course, that the map service allows deletion of features.

   

   

  So, you need to have map tips set up--at least for the feature for which you want users to edit. Also, if federated with Portal, your users need to have Level 2 access (or the appropriate editing level with the new named user account types that Esri has now created) in order to edit features.
