Add an 'Exit Viewer' or 'OpenWebPage on self' tool to workflow designer

I've seen this request floating around since the early HTML5 days and I haven't seen much movement on it other than having to write custom script / configurations.

It seems a very useful OOTB tool would be a an exit-viewer / redirect to another page on self - command. The current 'OpenWebPage' command doesn't provide any readily available, extendable parameters.
