Invalid URI format when adding Analytics Website config

When I try to add my hub page url to monitor it as a Website, I get a warning, "Invalid URI format".  It contains a pound/hashtag character:

 

https://gis.pottcounty-ia.gov/portal/apps/sites/#/hub.  If I remove the #, it removes the error, but removing it breaks the url.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

  Hi Jamie

   

  This is a known issue that we have filed as bug 38195: "Cannot add website resource with /#/ in URL".  You should look for it in the bugs fixed section in a future release.
