Control room alerts

Our control room uses Geocortex to see where the latest high priority Work order is in our support territory(Map view)  

I would like to have an attribute table view refresh with the latest high priority item automatically at the top of the table. The attribute table view can alert the operator to zoom to the new high priority event.

 

Is there a way to do this?
