No Layers Operational

Hello.  I am fairly new to Geocortex essentials.

 

 

We have a few map services configured in essentials that are external to us.  When one of these services are down, none of our services/layers will load.  Is there a way to setup essentials so that offline services do not impact the entire site?

  Hi Scott,

  Depending on the type of map service, you can configure the Failure Action setting, as outlined here: https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/latest/admin-help/Default.htm#ge/admin/map-services-configure.htm which will determine what action will be taken if the service fails to load.
