Hyperlinks in results pane don't always work

I've run across a problem with the latest version of GVH (4.12.1) with the identify results panel.  Our parcel layer has several hyperlinks set up in the feature description.  90% of the time when you identify a parcel and then click one of the hyperlinks, it works correctly.  However, about 10% of the time, none of the hyperlinks work.  If you re-identify the parcel, the hyperlinks then usually work OK.  Another workaround is to click the back arrow to go back to the results overview panel, and then reopen the parcel.  The hyperlinks then usually work.

 

 

This happens in both Chrome 77.0.3865.90 and IE 11.0.140

 

 

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?

  We are aware of this issue and a fix will be included in the next maintenance release of GVH 4.12.2, due out within the next couple of weeks.

  Chris, have you upgrade to GVH 4.12.2?  I did so today and our hyperlinks are still not functioning correctly.  Curious if you are still experiencing the same issues.  Hyperlinks only seem to work when no replacement tokens to related tables or data links are used in the map tip.

  Hi Stephen,

  There is a related issue that has not been fixed that can cause hyperlinks to fail to display when they are based on data links. I'll add your name to the list of stakeholders.
