Control the visibility of the Starred Selection buttons from Essentials Manager

In GE 4.12, I would like to get rid of all the star selection buttons that appear in the viewer next to Results and Map Tips and whereever else.  Seems the only way to do that is via the JSON config files, which is not difficult but it is time consuming.  

Would love to see something added to the Site's Viewer Editor in GE Manager to make enabling/disabling the starred selection feature a quicker process.
