How to get rid of "Geocortex Workflow must be licensed" message

    Hi, we are experiencing the same message in the Viewer, but we are using Geocortex Essentials 4.11 and Geocortex Workflow 5.15.1

     

    Do we need to upgrade Essentials to a newer version for it to work?

     

    The licenseUrl can be reached from the Viewer and it does respond with an id. But I have no way to validate if the response is ok or not.
