Analytics: Geocortex Security Error

Hello All,

I'm installing Geocortex Analytics for the first time onto a Virtual Windows Server in Microsoft Azure. I have followed the installation documentation and have been through the Geocortex Analytics Identity Setup - which has run successfully.

I can see an item in my ArcGIS Online contents called '"Geocortex Analytics" can it is configured with the correct App Registration info.

I can navigate to the default landing page (http://[host]/AnalyticsReports. Launch that ArcGIS Identity Sign In and am correctly passed through my enterprise identity provider. Even though the authentication details are correct, I'm getting routed to http://[host]/Geocortex/security/error with an internal server error.

I have double checked that the firewall settings have been automatically applied by the installer correct and have double checked that the local GXC user account has permissions to the underlying files.

Has anyone also come across this issue before?
