"Unable to open report item" and "Item '' does not exist or is inaccessible." error when trying to save a report. Sometimes it saves, sometimes not. Using AGOL hosted feature layer. Help!?

    Hi Peter,

     

    A few questions to help sort out what might be happening?

    1. Are you using SaaS Designer or an installed version?
    2. Are you opening the report using the same account that created it or as a user that has the report shared with them?

    H Stefan, I was using SaaS designer. I was the owner and creator from the get go.

    It started working again for some reason. I actually have a suspicion if might have been something related to our companies VPN. There were some 500 errors in the console but I didn't capture - oops. It seems to be behaving now. Thanks for the reply, I'll report if it happens again or if I find anything. 🏄
