MapTips Module Customization

Anyone has experience to customize MapTips module so can for example show two link buttons for one layer but show only one button for another layer? Didn't find clue from documentation:

Or any expert knows the physical path of file "Mapping/modules/MapTips/MapTipContent.html"? Also didn't find clue from documentation:
