Point Highlight Symbology (Can I change the size of the selection highlight?)

I've been trying to find a way to manipulate the size of the highlighted "circle" that appears when a point feature is selected using the identify and other workflows.

 

 

The issue I'm experiencing is with an Address Search tool that uses point features as the inputs, but when the address point is selected the highlighted ring cuts off the text label rendering it unreadable.

 

 

I thought that this may be a parameter that could be manipulated in the Sites Desktop.json.js file in the "Highlight" module. But there doesn't seem to be any parameters there to control the size circle around the highlighted point.

 

 

Any suggestions?
