Added a new base map and my Base Map Switcher has disappeared

Essentials 4.12 HTML5 4.12.2

 

I added a new base map to my viewer, included it in the Base Maps, but now my Base Map Switcher has disappeared from my viewer.

 

I went into the JavaScript and set the property hideIfNoBasemapsAvailable = false and now the switcher appears, but only one of three base maps is available to choose.

 

 

What am I missing?
