Memory Usage by Geocortex.Collaboration

What causes memory usage growth by the Geocortex.Collaboration process?

 

 

Over time it appears to keep growing.

 

 

Server will start at start at something like 20% usage and slowly work up to 80%+ and mostly due to the Geocortex.Collaboration process.

 

 

Is there any way to reset that process without having to restart the server?

  Hi,

   

   

  I tested this with the 4.12 release and I cannot seem to reproduce the problem. Which version are you using? Are you opening the viewer on the server or your client PC? 

   

   

  I recommend submitting a support ticket with those answers.
