Hightlights not working

I recently implemented ArcGIS Portal and authenticated all of our geocortex essentials sites with portal. Everything works fine except when a user identifies/searches a property the result isn't highlighted. Any thoughts?

 

 

I checked with Fiddler that the Highlights module initializes when I boot the site. I checked the Highlights options in Look and Feel when editing the viewer in manager.
