Add basic JavaScript Intellisense added to Workflow designer to assist migration/development

This seems fairly obvious but for those of us moving over from the .NET / Essentials Workflow environment, it would nice to see general JavaScript Intellisense added to speed up development and migration of our workflows to the new environment.
