Workflow 5 Error
Hi,
I'm getting an error that pops up, which says "The application is experiencing issues while performing this operation", running a workflow (5 series). This started occurring after an upgrade to essentials 4.12, and it's not consistent. It varies by device and by browser. For instance, on one device it launches fine when I'm using safari browser, but fails in chrome. On another device, it fails in both safari and chrome. It fails immediately. I have tried inserting an alert as the first activity and the error comes up before that alert.
To make it more interesting, there are 2 ways to launch the workflow. The scenario above happens when you launch it from the toolbar. In addition, we have a link set up in several layers maptip that allows you to launch the same WF, and this works consistently on all devices and any browser. Have not been able to reproduce the issue when launching it from the maptip link.
The WF is publicly shared, so its not a permissions issue.
Thanks

You should find more error information in the browser console. 0 -
Thanks Nico. So, I'm not sure I made it clear, but the bug only seems to happen on devices like tablet or phone, for which I can't easily see the console. However, I have found that using Chrome dev tools on my laptop, mimicking an iPhone, the workflow fails in the same way it does on an actual iPhone. Console error messages: [error]: 07:50:47.276: The application is experiencing issues while performing this operation. bundle.js:1 The workflow could not be downloaded: error: Error: Item does not exist or is inaccessible. at Object.m.load (https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/Html5Viewer/Resources/Scripts/esri.js:848:418) code: 400 messageCode: "CONT_0001" message: "Item does not exist or is inaccessible." command: "https://cobgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=a24ec8fa154448c386c3a26c27c2e1cc" Not sure why the WF would be deemed inacessible. Any ideas? 0
