Generic Help website
I have an open ticket with technical support on this topic, but I thought I'd ask the community as well:
Over the years our organization has been maintaining a generic help website for public end-users of our Geocortex HTML5 viewers: https://dnrmaps.wi.gov/Geocortex/DNR_Geocortex_Help/
The last few years we stopped putting enough effort into it and much of the content is now outdated and misleading, causing more problems than it solves. We are thinking of either updating it or abandoning it.
Other than those options, is there a generic end-user help website we could link to instead?

Also on my wish list - I miss the help that older versions of Geocortex had (Silverlight? Web_ADF?). If I had know about yours, I might have pointed folks in that direction... This seems like something that the Geocortex developers should provide. I have gone the route of providing map-specific help using the Home panel:

We provide an user help for our GeoWeb customers in Dutch

For Geocortex Mobile, Vertigis provides an user help
