Design form group visibility

I have a workflow where part of the design form has 10 comboboxes, each contained in a separate group. The comboboxes get values from a domain (1,2,3,4,5, N/A). If the first combobox is set to N/A, I would like the remaining comboboxes to become invisible on the form. I know how to make a group visible when another form item is equal to a value, but how can I make the group invisible?
