Workflow5 Form 'Change Event' not working in Geocortex HTML5 viewer?

I have a Workflow5 form with a radio group which is set up to show/hide other form elements based on the radio group item selected - I set up the show/hide in the Radio Group 'Change Event'. Works fine in GMV/Geocortex-Go, but form change events don't seem to work in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 4.12.2.

 

The form 'load events' work fine in both GMV/Go/GVH. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated? @Geocortex Support? @Amanda Frech? @Stefan Schweigert?

  PS - I discovered that throwing in an alert after the 'Set Form Element Property' (which controls visibility) makes the change event work. See the screenshots below - the second dropdown list should appear when the value of the first one is 'yes'. This only works in GVH when the alerts are present in the workflow. When I remove the alerts, the change event does not work.

  @Arjun Rattan? I've already seen this "bug". You have to use the Hide/Show Form Elements activities.
